Not enough time to react. Probably should slow down the speed until you get further into the game. Having to press B to block diagonally is not intuitive either. Why not just one block button (A) and just hold diagonally on the D-Pad?
Yes, you are right that when starting the speed should be slower. Maybe when you reach a certain score, that increases the speed.
I thought that blocking with button A all directions would be too easy. Having to think about both buttons increases the difficulty.
